Registration for NJDC 2012 is now open.

I have great pleasure in inviting you to this year's Northern Junior Debating Championship, which will take place on Saturday 22nd September in Newcastle. NJDC has taken place annually in Newcastle since 2004; it is the only junior competition other than ICYD open to teams from across the UK and Ireland. NJDC seeks to provide a stepping-stone between ICYD and participation in senior schools competitions, and to provide an introduction to British Parliamentary debating for those who have not competed in the format before.
