Convenor: NJDC 2011 is being convened by Richard Coates. He has been a finalist at the ESU English Schools Mace, a former winner of NJDC, and the deputy convenor for the Cambridge Union Schools competition.

Chief adjudicator: We are delighted to announce that our CA for NJDC 2011 is Natalie Smith. Natalie is a former finalist at NJDC, a former winner of the Cambridge Union Schools Competition, a World Championships Octo-Finalist and a former champion of the Oxford Women's Open. She was a Deputy Chief Adjudicator of the Cambridge University Schools Competition this year, and Deputy Chief Adjudicator of the Nottingham Open 2011.
